Return and Exchange Policy

Returns

Spain:  You have 14 days to return your order. The items must be unworn in their original condition. Please email us at sales@maians.es and we will organize the pickup of the goods with transport GLS. In our mission to continue to lessen our environmental footprint, we’ve decided to charge a fee for returns. The return fee is 3,25 euros.

EU return process

1) Please prepare the pair or pairs that you would like to return and ship to the following address.

2) Please make sure to include your name and your Maians order number with the returned package and use the original packaging, including the shoe box.

3) Please also email us the name of the shipping company and the tracking number of the shipment.  Once we have received the shoes, we will submit the credit for the purchase price of the shoes being returned.

International and Non-European Union clients:  It is very complex to make returns back to us here in Spain once the goods have been shipped outside of the European Union.  Please take very special note prior to making your order. The cost of the return and the re-entry duties often exceed the original purchase price of the goods and must be paid by the client.

 

Exchanges

Spain: Customers have a fourteen-day window for exchanging items, provided they are returned unworn and in their original condition. Follow the steps below to complete an exchange.

 

1) To initiate a product exchange, please contact us at sales@maians.es and provide details of the pair or pairs you wish to return and the pair or pairs you would like to receive in exchange. This should include the style, color, and size.


2) Please confirm that the address and contact telephone number match the original order. If different, kindly provide the new address and telephone number for the delivery.

 

3) We ask that the pair or pairs being returned be wrapped in the original packing box and that the shoes be placed in the shoe box of the original order to be handed to the GLS transport driver as soon as he arrives to deliver the new pair.

4) Once the above points have been confirmed, we will then ship the exchange pair and you will receive notification by GLS via email. We allow for one free exchange per order.

2) Once you have contacted us, please prepare the pair or pairs that you would like to return and ship to the following address

3) Please ensure that your name and the Maians order number are included when returning the shipment, and make sure to use the original packaging, including the shoe box. 

4) Please also email us the name of the shipping company and the tracking number of the shipment.  

 

As soon as we have received this information from you by email, we will prepare the shipment of the exchange pair and ship it to you with FEDEX economy. Maians will pay for the shipment cost of the new pair being shipped to you for the exchange.
