We try to send packages within 24 hours with the exception of weekends and during bank holidays. After your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number by e-mail to follow your pair of Maians along its trip to your doorstep.CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
Unfortunately we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched. If you are not able to collect your package and your order is returned to our warehouse, then shipping cost for a second delivery will be on your expense.HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is sent, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail to follow your package along its trip to your doorstep. Feel free to contact us if you have any further questions or concerns regarding the shipment of your order.WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME OF MY ORDER?
Your order will be delivered within 1 – 7 working days. Our packages are shipped with MRW (Spain and Portugal) and Fedex/UPS (rest of the countries) and a signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to take the delivery of your parcel, MRW will leave a calling card telling you how to collect your package. Please note Fedex will make 3 delivery attempts and return the goods to our warehouse if you are not able to collect your package.WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Within Spain, the shipping costs and first returning costs are free! However, if you are based in another country your costs may change:

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
In order to exchange or return your shoes, please follow the next steps:
Step 1. Pack your shoes in the original Maians box you have received with your order
Step 2. If you would like to exchange them, please specify size / model / color of the new model/s.
If you would like to return the shoes, please let us know the refund method (Credit Card, PayPal or Bank Transfer. In case of Bank transfer, please send us your bank account).
Step 3. Once you have the box ready to pick-up, write the following address in the package:

Step 4. If you are based in Spain, please send us an email email@example.com. We will pick up your package free of charge in the same address where we have delivered your last order. In case you need to change your pick-up address, please let us know.
If you are based in another country, you will need to take care of the shipping cost for exchange or return.
Step 5. Once we have received the shoes in perfect conditions, we will proceed to the exchange or refund of your order. In case of exchange, we will ship your new shoes free of charge.

I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM FROM YOUR WEBSTORE
You should inspect Maians goods for faults as soon as you receive them. If you think there is a defect, please let us know straight away by contacting us explaining what is wrong and attaching a photo to your message.
